An inspired creation from Fruit Pig, their Brunch Slice combines gluten free sausage, chopped cold smoked bacon and chunks of their gluten free fresh blood black pudding to create the ultimate breakfast treat. 

With a similar taste to a classic Scottish Lorne sausage, it's ideal for a breakfast sandwich and pairs perfectly with a runny fried egg.

Made with British ingredients from their Norfolk farm, their fresh blood black puddings, white puddings, haggis and cold-smoked bacons are the real deal: authentic, sustainable and utterly delicious. Championed by top chefs and stocked at Fortnum & Mason, these are British charcuterie classics done properly.

Ingredients: Gluten free sausage (79% of the total product) - minced pork (72.5%), water, gluten-free rice flour, salt, spices (E221 sodium sulphite - preservative).

Gluten free black pudding (10.5% of the total product) - fresh pigs' blood (30%), pork fat (26%), certified gluten free OATS (26%), fresh onions, water, salt, spices.

Dry-cured bacon (10.5% of the total product) - pork (96%) salt, sugar, (E250 - preservative).

Storage: 14 days in the fridge or 4 months wrapped in the freezer (we recommend you slice, wrap slices in cling film and place the wrapped slices in a freezer bag).
