Refund policy

Because we mostly sell perishable food products at Farmfetch, we generally do not accept returns.

If you are unhappy with the quality of your order – for example, if you have received an item that is spoiled or not in the condition described – please contact us as soon as possible via our Contact Us page and submit the form with details of the issue. Please include as much information as possible about the problem so that we can investigate and resolve it quickly.

We aim to respond to all queries within 2 business days. In cases where an item is spoiled or otherwise not of satisfactory quality, we will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a refund or replacement.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds where an item is of good quality but simply hasn’t been to your taste, or where you no longer wish to keep a perishable item.

Non-Perishable & Made-to-Order Items

Farmfetch also offers a small selection of non-perishable goods, including cookware from our Netherton Foundry collection.

These items are handmade to order. Because they are produced specifically to fulfil each individual order, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds where a customer has changed their mind, ordered in error, or no longer requires the item.

Refunds or replacements for these items will only be provided where the product:

– arrives damaged; or
has a fault or defect that makes it unsuitable for its intended use.

If you believe your item has arrived damaged or is faulty, please contact us via our Contact Us page as soon as possible after receiving your order and provide details of the issue, including photographs where possible. We will review the matter and arrange an appropriate resolution where necessary.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
