Appleby Creamery has been hand-making cheese in Cumbria's Eden Valley since 2007, led by cheesemaker Maurice Walton and his small, dedicated team.

Using milk that comes almost entirely from local farms - the goat's milk travels barely 8 miles from Meaburn Hall Farm - the range spans soft, smoked and hard cheeses built on genuine skill rather than shortcuts. Appleby Creamery proves that Cumbria's cheesemaking tradition is in very good hands!
