This wonderful Scottish Blue Cheese from Appleby Creamery is a creamy, characterful blue made from local Cumbrian cow’s milk. A medium-soft cheese with a smooth, rich body, it gains a beautiful depth of flavour from its gently tangy blue veining. The result is a perfectly balanced cheese that’s bold yet welcoming.

Made from pasteurised milk and suitable for vegetarians.

Appleby Creamery has been hand-making cheese in Cumbria's Eden Valley since 2007, led by cheesemaker Maurice Walton and his small, dedicated team.

Using milk that comes almost entirely from local farms - the goat's milk travels barely 8 miles from Meaburn Hall Farm - the range spans soft, smoked and hard cheeses built on genuine skill rather than shortcuts. Appleby Creamery proves that Cumbria's cheesemaking tradition is in very good hands!

Every cheese is made from pasteurised milk and is suitable for vegetarians.
