Rumrise Spiced Rum

Rumrise has been crafted using rums from Jamaica and the Dominican Republic. Parts of these blends are made from sugar cane juice as opposed to the traditional molasses, which carries subtle sweet and grassy notes to enhance the vibrant infusions in this blend. This spiced rum is perfect for mixing, sipping neat or creating cocktails like the ever-popular Piña Colada.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Strong rum character with orange/citrus notes presenting. Subtle Coconut in support.

Palate: Mellow blend of pineapple and light fruits up front. Underneath there is plenty of citrus that subsides into a characterful gingery fire.

Finish: Mid to long finish. Ginger lingers on the palate but the overall impression is smooth (especially when chilled).
