Tasting Notes:

Nose: A combination of stewed dark fruits and caramelised citrus. Subtly aromatic cardamom underpins a vanilla note that is present throughout.

Palate: A deep toasted caramel presents first, this melds with a creamy coconut which helps to enhance mouth-feel and the mouth-watering nature of the drink. Vanilla further plays upon this experience adding a homely familiarity to the profile. Green cardamom offers a vibrant intrigue underneath but is never overpowering.

Finish: An almost coca-cola-like quality to the finish, it is long and evolving moving through both the sour cherry and the coconut.
