Beer Style: Sour - Red Ale

A blended sour red ale inspired by Flanders Reds, combining 80% young beer aged in steel with 20% mature beer aged in Scottish whisky barrels, refermented with Scottish strawberries. Complex sweet and sour flavour profile with subtle oak and fruit notes.
