Beer Style: Sour - Wild Yeast

Sheep in Wolf's Clothing's experiment with opening a beer to wild yeast. A beer which rides the line between Flemish and Belgian Wild Sour Ales. A gentle tobacco hits your nose alongside hints of americano, treacle tart and notes of sour cherry. On the tongue are hits of sour plum and bramble which finish with molasses and dried fruits.
