This Creamy Brie from Appleby Creamery is a beautifully smooth, white-mould ripened cheese made from milk sourced from small Cumbrian farms. Appleby Creamery has been hand-making cheese in Cumbria's Eden Valley since 2007, led by cheesemaker Maurice Walton and his small, dedicated team.

Using milk that comes almost entirely from local farms - the goat's milk travels barely 8 miles from Meaburn Hall Farm - the range spans soft, smoked and hard cheeses built on genuine skill rather than shortcuts. Appleby Creamery proves that Cumbria's cheesemaking tradition is in very good hands!

Every cheese is made from pasteurised milk and is suitable for vegetarians.
