This excellent fresh cheese from Cote Hill was awarded Supreme Champion at the 2024 British Cheese Awards!

Matured and mould ripened with geotrichum candidum, it’s soft smooth and rich, with a savoury nose.

Cote Hill named their award winning cheese Snowdrop in honour of Cynthia, the current owner's mother who started the dairy at Cote Hill Farm in 1963. It was her favourite flower growing abundantly in her garden which welcomed the start of a new year.

Cote Hill Farm have been crafting award-winning cheese from their Lincolnshire farm since 2004, when Michael and Mary Davenport first started making Cote Hill Blue and Cote Hill Yellow. Today, son Joe continues the family tradition with a range spanning soft whites, semi-hard reds and complex blues - including Cote Hill Snowdrop, crowned Supreme Champion at the 2024 British Cheese Awards. Made with locally sourced Lincolnshire milk and genuine family care, these are cheeses worth seeking out.
