Lindum from Cote Hill Cheese is a washed rind cheese with an elegant and complex depth of savoury flavour. The cheese is washed regularly with award-winning Batemans Triple XB beer - a Lincolnshire favourite - which gives it an attractive pink/orange rind and a distinctive taste.

Cote Hill Farm have been crafting award-winning cheese from their Lincolnshire farm since 2004, when Michael and Mary Davenport first started making Cote Hill Blue and Cote Hill Yellow.
