A creamy blue-veined cheese from Appleby Creamery, made from milk sourced from farms around Cumbria. This medium-soft cheese is rich and velvety, with a subtle contrast of flavour from its tangy blue veining. As it matures, the texture becomes even smoother and the flavours deepen, making it perfect for cheeseboards, melting into sauces, or pairing with fruit and crackers.

Made from pasteurised milk and suitable for vegetarians.

Appleby Creamery has been hand-making cheese in Cumbria's Eden Valley since 2007, led by cheesemaker Maurice Walton and his small, dedicated team.

Using milk that comes almost entirely from local farms - the goat's milk travels barely 8 miles from Meaburn Hall Farm - the range spans soft, smoked and hard cheeses built on genuine skill rather than shortcuts. Appleby Creamery proves that Cumbria's cheesemaking tradition is in very good hands!

Every cheese is made from pasteurised milk and is suitable for vegetarians.
