A beautiful cut of steak, taken from the tender hindquarter of the cow. This lean steak has just the right amount of internal fat to keep it nice and moist during the cook. Also a fantastic option for homemade steak tartare. You'll receive 2 steaks in total; choose from 6oz, 8oz or 10oz steaks.
