A real delicacy and fantastic source of iron, this delicious pork liver is produced from heritage breed, outdoor reared Cornish pigs. 

Thinly sliced and ready to cook, it's a lighter flavour than beef but slightly stronger than lamb. Perfect for pan frying or using in your own pate!
