It’s a lemony, fresh cheese, which is equally good drizzled with honey\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e and figs, or used as a filling in a Mexican tacos.\u003c\/span\u003e\n\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cb\u003eSupreme Champion 2022 - Keen's Extra Mature Cheddar.\u003cspan\u003e \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/b\u003eThis\u003cb\u003e\u003cspan\u003e \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/b\u003e\u003cspan\u003eTraditional Unpasteurised Cheddar was awarded Supreme Champion in the 2022 Virtual Cheese Awards\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e. This cheddar follows a a fifth generation recipe (a closely guarded secret!), and is moist, tangy and powerful.
